Essential oil for face and body relieves dry and irritated skin. It fully absorbs into the skin without leaving a sticky, greasy residue. It can be used on infants as well as adults.
The slightly acidic formula with pH 5.5, helps to maintain the skin’s optimal pH balance and protective barrier.
Ceramides, hard or waxy lipid compounds (sphingolipids), together with cholesterol and fatty acids, make up the lipid barrier layer of the skin. When the surface layer of the skin is damaged, ceramides fill the cracks that have formed when skin loses moisture. They also reduce skin permeability, prevent water loss and improve the elasticity of the epidermis.
This product contains natural lavender oil which has a balancing effect on the skin’s moisture levels. It helps to keep skin looking healthy and moisturized.
